NORWALK RIVER FUN RUN
Greetings Rowayton School families-
The Physical Education Department of the Norwalk Public Schools and Recreation and Parks are joining together to organize a Fitness Fun Run to promote the idea of physical fitness and the joy of running.
This will be the 31st edition, and it will be held on Saturday, December 3 at 10:00 a.m.
The registration fee is $10. All students in grades K-12 are welcome to run. Parents may jog with young runners if they wish.
The rain date will be Sunday, December 4 at 10:00 a.m.
Students/families can return their form to me at Rowayton School, or mail to Beth Pearce at Brien McMahon High School, 300 Highland Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06854 by November 24. Sign-up and payment can also be made on MySchoolBucks.com.
The distance is 1.2 miles, starting at Vet's Park and ending at the Maritime Aquarium.
Those who register by November 24 will receive T-shirts.
