Class Description

Start the morning by tapping into your creativity! We will explore the art and practice of yoga and other exercises as we warm up our bodies at the start of each class. Then, we will engage in creative and fun arts & crafts projects! Students have expressed their creativity through all sorts of crafts in our class such as sand and glitter jars, season-themed portrait globes, nature walks and rock painting, yogi dolls, breathing and meditation tools, stress balls, and more! Come join us for some fun-filled activities and crafts with friends!
